Default FT 1995 Honda Civic GSR Looking for 4x4

I'm looking to trade my 1995 Honda Civic with a recently rebuild GSR swap. No I don't have any paper work on the rebuild cause I wasn't planning on getting rid of it but I've changed my mind so if you don't believe me that it is rebuilt your loss.
There is about 10,000 on the rebuild that I did over spring break. I replaced all gaskets, seals, bearings, rings, installed p-30 pistons, ARP head studs, and had the head cleaned and checked. The motor and transmission have a total mileage around 130,000-140,000, and the car is 219,***. The transmission does not grind. It has power everything, but the cruse does not work and the power locks only work when they want to. I have not personally modded the car other than rebuilding the engine so I will try to list all the aftermarket parts that I can think of. Carbon Fiber Hood, Blox Intake Manifold, Edelbrock Throttle Body, Meagan Racing 4-1 header, 2 1/2 fully welded custom exhaust, test pipe, Apexi twin loop muffler with 3" tip, Chipped and tuned on chrome, Skunk 2 springs, short throw shifter don't know brand but it is tight not sloppy like some others, SI wheels and tires have good tread. If I think of something else I will add it.
The car doesn't smoke even in vtec but does have a slight oil leak out of the pcv black box on the back of the block, at least I'm pretty sure that is where it is coming from. The interior is in very good shape, but was smoked in before I got the car so there are a few burns in the seat. There are several door dings in the car from rude people who can't open a door without hitting a car. The front bumper cover is cracked from my roommate backing into it which is a pretty easy fix just haven't gotten around to it. I have never hit anything with the car, sadly everything that has happened to this car is from a**holes who can't drive or open a door without hitting a car... It does not have the "honda rust" yet but does have two quarter sized places that I have pictures of. It does need some small general maintenance like brake shoes but has been well maintained, I change the oil ever 3,000 on the dot etc. It does have A/C but needs to be recharged since I replaced a few lines. This car is my DD and I would not hesitate to drive it anywhere. It has made two trips to West Texas and countless trips to Olathe without any problems what so ever.
I have been as honest as I can be about this car and I love it just want something new. As I stated above I am looking to trade it with something of equal value being that it is my only mode of transportation at the time, but since I must list a price $5,000, but like I said want to trade. Clean, clear title in hand. I'm really looking for a 4x4 SUV like a Jeep anything or Tahoe, but feel free to make an offer, the worst I will say is no thanks.
Thanks for looking and please no negative comments.

Only pic I could find right now of the rebuild. Looking for some others.

forgot to mention that I replaced the starter with a new one not reman, new battery, new distributor cap, rotor, and coil when I did the rebuild.
