What does this have to do with welding? I know there is MANY sub-forums on here, but you are WAY off on where to put this.

From all the evidence I've collected from your single post, I'd recommend you do it how the dealer recommends to most car owners: let THEM do it. Here's how I arrived at that conclusion:

A) You are 16. All the brains in the world can't possibly make up for experience, so it does not bode well for you.

B) You posted in the completely wrong section - it should be in the Tech/misc or teggy subforum. If you aren't blind or dumb, you are probably prone to errors due to some other reason.

C) You are trying to rebuild this with youtube vids, internet DIY threads, and word of mouth, since you obviously arent doing it with a proper shop manual.

D) You already blew up 1 motor in a rediculously short timespan.

E) You bought a motor off a possibly shady buyer, and probably didnt' compression-test it before hand, let alone start it. Rushing a build w/o fully checking over a used motor is a recipe for disaster.

"Yo dawg where's yo whip?"
"Awwh **** son, the new motor I got had a bent valve. Dropped like a Jonas Brother beat at 6k rpm."
