So, my dad and I went out to Illinois to look at schools and this caR. Sometimes you take one look at something and before you even talk to the seller you know you're going to go home with it. That was the case here; before Frank (prev. owner) came out to chat, my dad knew he was going to buy this R. Frank was very sad to see it go, and we will take good care of heR. Here are the pics (bear with me, it was raining. We will need to clean heR off later):

So nice! My second favorite color R after PY, JEJE!
What is it about the Type-R that just seems to be loved by both Father & Son? It's kinda mystical the way the R bonds my son and I. I took mine out for a spin a few nights ago and I "accidently" left my cel at home (didn't want to be bothered). My son started crying for a minute then left me a message on my voicemail in a sad tone because I didn't take him with me (He's 6 yrs old BTW).
We both absolutely LOVE the R and enjoy every moment we can with her. It's not the same as with my Daily Driver. I enjoy my 4 door Civic Si on a daily basis but my son just seems to feel indifferent to the Si. Weird or Magical? JEJE
Anyway, sorry to threadjack and I'm glad such a beautiful caR found a loving home and is a part of that family bond.
