Now on to the good stuff
Car is Clean title. no accidents. no dents, dings, etc. Paint is within a year old. Still nice and fresh, however this is my daily driver so normal road wear is expected. Does not leak any water. and targa top works just fine with no qwerks.
block and head were purchased from HMO. b20 was purchased complete with 30-40k miles guarantee, b20 head was sold off to make way for the b16 head. so from there the motor was completely tore down and rebuilt (parts list below). pushing 19k miles after rebuild and running strong. original dyno tune pulled 201whp and 152/4 tq. In the last 4 months the head was pulled out for a stg 3 port and polish and some other minor tweaks. after re-assembly it was re tuned and put on a dyno. and made 218whp and 164 tq. All Paperwork and time slips can be provided IN Person to any serious party. Just took it out to the track this last weekend and did a compression test before heading out and it came out 205-205-205-205 dead even all across.

NO extra work is needed. this car is a completed, daily driver project. this car is 100% and ready to go at anytime
