etMeet 2010 Overview
In previous years the S2000 crowd has always had the largest turnout at our event. With the growing 8th Gen marketplace we wanted to put on a meet this year targeted toward these two models. All cars are still welcome to attend, but we are primarily promoting this event to 8th Gen Civic / S2000 crowd.

Signing up is REQUIRED! Visit: etMeet 2010 Official Sign-Up and Details | Evans Tuning Blog to sign up. You will need to complete the form for every vehicle that will be attending.

Parking
Parking spaces are limited to approximately 150. If we reach that capacity additional parking is available in the grass.

There is limited parking available for trailers. If you are bringing a trailer please contact us directly: andrea@evans-tuning.com

Pool
There is a pool on the premises. If you wish to use it, it will be available and free to use! Evans Tuning has picked up the tab for the use of the pool the entire day. The township will still have it open to the public, but for etMeet 2010 attendees it will be free!

Food / Drinks
Food, Drinks, and Entertainment will be provided to those who sign-up. Additional food and drinks will be available for purchase all day.
The menu will likely consist of Hotdogs, Hamburgers, Chips, Sno-Cones, Soda, and Water.

Rules & Regulations

• NO Burnouts
• NO Racing
• NO engine revving

This is a community park, not a racetrack -- Please treat it as such.

If you become rowdy or disrespectful of others, their cars, or the grounds on which the meet is being held you will be asked to stop. If you continue you will be asked to leave. If you do not leave, we will notify the authorities. This is for the comfort and safety of everyone attending. We did not have any issues for the last 2 years and would like to keep it that way for years to come.

You assume ALL responsibility for your personal belongings, including but not limited to, your car at this meet.

Parts for Sale
This meet will be a cash only event.

New and Used products will be available!

Evans Tuning branded T-Shirts will be available.

Door Prizes / Raffle
You will be emailed a door prize confirmation number a few days before the meet! (SIGNING UP IS REQUIRED!) You will need to print and bring your confirmation number along with your photo ID in order to claim your prize if you are selected as a winner. You need to be present during the giveaway in order to receive it or someone else will be selected.

There will be a raffle. More details to follow, check back!

Parts Pickup
If you are purchasing parts from Evans Tuning leading up to our event we can make them available for pickup at the event. Send an email to sales@evans-tuning.com for more information on this.

 

We had over 240 people sign up for the meet! This meet is still open to everyone even if you have not signed up to come, so please don't let that stop you from showing up!

I was hoping to see more cars but over all it was cool. CWBETB your car is gorgeous/perfect in every way. (I am not a photographer, sorry for the quality lol) I will load more when I can.
