Default should I buy this 2005 Pilot?

Hello. I am looking at a 2005 Pilot and have some questions. Car has about 150K miles, one owner and appears to have been maintained very well (pages of repair/maintenance receipts). Timing belt recently changed and owner ran synthetic oil – changed about every 5K.

Car has leather, 3rd row seat, heated seats, V-6, etc, etc. Owner is asking about $7K for it. Would you be concerned about the mileage or any other issues this model may have? I would like to get 4 – 5 more years out of it – how many miles before serious repair work is typically needed?

Thanks

I don't know much about J-series engines, but considering the year and price, it seems pretty good. I got my 2006 with 45k on it for $21k. Quite a difference. Gotta love Honda reliability on a well maintained car though.

Get into the newspaper and local car sales magazines and see what they are going for in your area. Also has it been in a salt state, get a close look at the undercar and see how much corrosion there is.
