h22a obd2???
so emissions here are strict lm gonna have to stay obd2 for now cuz l dont have the money to buy all the parts for obd1 and 2 to swap back and forth so correct me if lm wrong l need a conversion harness for obd1 to obd2a and a obd2 p13 ecu? its a 96 accord jdm h22a swap
Unless I'm mistaken, you're not getting an JDM OBDII H22A and it's going to be OBDI. You can get an USDM H22A1 or A4 and use the difficult to find USDM OBDII P13.
You're probably better off waiting and doing more research.

You can use a SOHC VTEC F series OBD2 ECU to pass emissions in some states. Then you'll want to swap it back to OBD1 after testing. This is what I do with my H23V. You could probably daily drive the H22 on an F ECU if it's not running lean. I wouldn't do it personally, but it might be an option.
yes i know my motor originally was obd1 but considering l have to make it obd2 and i need to replace all the parts to swap to obd2 thats what lm doing. changing dizzy, injectors, ecu to be obd2 for now
im a newb on here but im looking to get a H22A for a 99-00 civic and want it to be legal. Why do you HAVE to have it be OBD2 to pass? Why can't it be OBD1? It might be a stupid question but I really have no idea, just got my first car and have a lot to learn.
Is it because the car is originally OBD2?
