Im a perfectionist. I'm tired of little things popping up and having to deal with them when I really need the car to be running perfect. I want something faster as well.

Um, no, its not fast at all. It wont run faster than 17's which is **** poor. I drove an 01 Maxima yesterday and it pulled harder up a hill than my car would down that hill. I also want a manual and I calculated that I can sell my car and get one much better which is faster and has a manual for the same price it would be for an auto to manual conversion. Plus, I want to start over, and have my car actually look stock.

If i could do it alllll over again I never would have converted my Accord to manual.

I would have just driven it like it was and bought a Lude or kept my hybrid hatch.

I think you're making a good choice, and if you sneak over to the Nissan crowd you still get a from me.

 

I like Honda's. I will have my mid-20's to own a Nissan *cough* 92 Sentra EX-R *cough* 96 240sx *cough* SR20DET *cough* ....I seem to be coming down with something.

Edit: obviously I meant Sentra SE-R not EX-R.

I dunno but lately a lot of honda owners are going over to nissan. What's the deal with that. It's like they all couth the 240SX nissan disease. Beats me

 

because for 4000 dollars you can build one HELL of a Nissan... and that is including the car. my brother is a big Nissan nut and maybe hes been right all this time.. he has a 93 240SX and a SR20DET ready to go in. Engine was like 800 shipped.... tell me a Honda engine of comparision selling that cheap?

 

on the same note but a bit off topic.. would the typical 92 sentra still have the same engine bay space for a swap? im selling my accord too.. looking at sentra's.

 

you can fit the FF version of the sr20 into the sentras, its a common swap.

I would try to find a Skyline R32 GTS-t, which come with the RB20DET and have a ton of potential and bulletproof reliability.
