Looking for a complete swap, either the B16A2 or B18C1. I need to be able to BAR certify the swap so it needs to be complete. I'm on a budget so it does need to be running as I'd like to just drop it in my 94 Civic and go with minimal expense. I'm not looking for a built or FI motor, I prefer stock.
