Looking to buy a B18c B18 LS LOW MILES!

I am looking to buy a cheap low miles B18c1 B18 LS/ vtec for a low price... I would be willing to pay up to $1,100 for a complete swap with ecu. OBD1 would be nice since i have a 95' Civic hatchback Dx, and i want to get rid of my d15...

I live in NC, willing to drive a bit, not too far...

ive got a b18b bored and stroked to 2.0l with b16 head.. 8.5:1 srp pistons, eagle rods, je crank, arp head studs, will sell for $1000 without trans. can work something out possibly if interested
