Default 2000 Accord misfiring?

I have an Accord 2.3 v tech with 227000 miles on it that is misfiring when you first start it up, and from time to time after it is already warm. I have new plugs, wires, cap&rotor, and coil. Could this be a stuck injector? or a plugged fuel filter? Most of the time it runs fine, but the other day I thought I was gonna be stranded because it was chugging really bad, but then it started running fine again. Where is the fuel filter located on my car? Thank you much.

Fuel filter is located in a somewhat tricky place, it's under the brake booster, behind the engine, above the subframe. Fuel filter clogged can make the car seem like it's misfiring, have a big loss of power and not respond when you step on the gas.
