Alright so today i replaced my oem rear bumper with a jdm bumper. I also took my tailights off and unplugged them.

I tried to turn on the car and it won't start. So i figured out that my tailights need to be plugged in for the car to start but when i turn then car on my lights are acting really weird. For example my corner lights are automatically dimmed and so are the tailights. My clock and my radio have lighting as if my headlights are turned on but they aren't. My cluster shows that i have no gas but i do.

So now i tried switching the rear plugs of the tailights and my car shows that i have gas and the lights are fine and everything and it seems like it's good but my car won't start? So i have that problem and i don't know what it is.
Can anyone give me any suggestions to what might be causing this?
