How to tell if front control arm is bad?

My wife got 03 civic LX. On passenger side wheels is not straght. I think its control arm. But how can I make sure?

How is it not straight? Toe or camber?

Pull the wheel off and inspect the lower control arm, knuckle, damper, etc. If something is bent, it should be easy to tell.

Got a picture of it?
