How do I get the engine out? I cant find a set of solid places to mount the chains to. I read where one person lifted it out using the distributor mounting bolt/hole, but it seems like risks damaging the engine and bolt.

Any advice?

 

i bolt up mine like this ...1 to wer the power steering bracket goes the top one it s a 14mm bolt 2 the top starter bolt. it works for me wen i do sohc's and dohc's.
