alright so i just did a b18b1 swap into my eg. i am burning a ton of oil. like a rediculous amount. its not when im idling though just as i accelerate. I do need a valve adjustment because my valves are loose they make a ticking noise as i drive or even when its just idling. there is a ton of blue tinted smoke coming out of my exhaust and oil in the tip. im thinking the exhaust valves maybe too loose and allowing extra oil by or something because it runs and drives perfectly fine minus the smoke. any ideas would be helpful

your rings are gone, you will need to price a set of piston rings.

yup was cylinder three piston ring. did a leak down test today. fml .
i guess ill just get a b20 lol

 

sorry im new into the honda tech need help with this ok i have blue smoke when i turn my ls boost in the mornin until it warm up then the smoke is gone but when i hit full boost smokes like crazy again then is gone and i wonder wat can be my problem cus my car is tune just raplce the valve seals i did the valves adjustments everything how it supost to but still the same thing idk if its my pistons ring or my turbo is dyin cus it came out from my single b4 thanks you and sorry for the long story....

 

blue smoke = burning oil. more than likely bad rings
black smoke = unburnt fuel
white smoke = burning antifreeze

smoke at start up:valve seals
smoke while under strain: rings

 

but i replaced then with oem ones not even 2 month old

 

ek3 turbo sounds like your turbo seals are blown out.

 

ek3, make a thread if you need help. as for the OP its a ring problem. search for a new block and mine as well find a head also considering you can find a great running ls/b20 swap for under $400
