Default 15x8+20 VS 15x7+15 Which would "poke" more

Like the title says I'm comparing 15x8+20's to 15x7+15's which wheel would "poke" more, wheels are going on a Eg Hatch. Below is a picture of 15x8+20's running 205 50 15's on my buddies Eg coupe. Would the 15x7+15 poke more due to the lower offset, or would the extra inch make the 15x8's poke more?

Your buddy's tires are UNSAFE. 205/50-15 should NOT be mounted on 15x8 wheels, and they are too big for a '92-95 Civic.

The proper 15" size for any '92-95 Civic is 195/50-15, which should be mounted on wheels no wider than 15x7.
