Default H22a head onto F22a block product list and partial, if not all, DIY instructions?

OK, I have been researching the sht out of this for the last week or so and I have seen it all, all kinds of all motor swaps, head swaps, but nothing detailed for h22a1 head onto my f22a4 block. My car, as it stands right now, is great. I bought it from the original owner last year and he did regular everything at the dealer. I do all my own oil changes, never past 5k miles. I'm pretty sure everything is in good shape less the usual worn rings. I got 230k and still going strong.

But I have been getting the urge to drop a h22a1 head in it. I found what appears to be a good site cylinderheads.com that offers less than 450 for an h22a1. I haven't called for a total price yet but I don't really think 450 for that head is a bad deal and it's rebuilt. I see many people have said they've done a lot of these but there really is no detailed info on this. The f22b1 block and h22a1 head doesn't really apply to my car, I know it's similar but something more along the lines of a f22a DIY would be great. If not, then just a list of all the parts that I would need from the h22a1 to make it work would be nice.

Found some great info here...

But the advice there is for a complete swap. It's def good info though.

I know a full swap is possible but I don't really want to have to spend too much money. I would love to know what parts bottom end would HAVE to be replaced. I was talking to a friend who said that I could drop the oil pan take off the caps and bearings and push the pistons out and change the rings but I don't know what all that would wind up entailing in terms of other work and would problems that could cause with the piston coming out and stuff. I kinda want to keep what I can on the car and keep the cost down. I don't care at all for turboing and this appears to be what most look at when doing swaps. Just don't care for it. I want to keep it street legal.

I also know that the head would have to have some ports plugged.

any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance

save ur self alil money n just turbo the f22 i know ur not looking to do that but with all the stuff u would have to do to make the H22 head fit on the f22 block and making it run right u prolly could have got a turbo set up n a decent tune n maybe some forged internals making good power just do a whole swap if u want an h22 head or just build ur f22 up our f22s head out flows an H22 head. for about 450 could get u a bisimoto cam gear and camshaft bisimoto is ur friend
