So I just got my Catalytic converter changed so I can pass smog. The only problem with that is after it was changed my EG started to make an annoying rattling noise right behind me. I don't know it something is loose or maybe the catalytic converter is banging up against my heat shield. The noise only happens when I step on the clutch. Can someone please help me and tell me what is going on with my car?

 

Check for a loose, bent, or cracked exhaust heat shield.

 

Check to make sure all the exhaust rubber hangers are snug.
