included : top of filter box ( fits on our filter box but twice as more exit diameter )
tubbing from the box to the TB inlcuding the dynamic chamber

I'm in Maryland (USA). I haven't mailed anything to Canada in a long time, but the last time I mailed a letter to California it took about 5 business days.

 

Would you mind giving me details of the dealer that you bought it from, and for how much?
It's just that I've been looking for one of these, but as I'm from the UK, it would cost a fortune to get it shipped from you, plus all the import tax and duties that I would have to pay. (UK sucks on prices and taxes!) It is far cheaper for me to buy direct from Japan.
Any help would be appreciated.
