96 Hatch: What's it worth?
Looking to get some opinions. Not looking to get rid of my car right now, but having trouble figuring out what it is worth. Any help would be greatly appreciated. What would you pay for it?

I would say it depends on how well the repairs were made. Seems to me like they were done ok, and the car drives straight. Looking at the car up close in person, you wouldn't be able to tell it has a salvage title.
salvage title and being gutted is going to hurt your sale. if you have the interior put it back in other then that good looking car
price wise depends on where you live being gutted around here with the title around 2-2500 with the interier 3,000 maybe better if you can find approx mileage and it's fairly low

Go to KBB and NADA. Add both prices that apply to you and divide by two and that is what it is worth to an everyday salesman. As for someone on the forum or craigslist you might be able to get 5500 but it also depends on the area.
96romaEK, sorry man but honestly I'd probably give you 2000$ for it at the most, though it is a nice looking hatch, but with the title thing, no interior, and no idea of the original miles, it's hard to say what book value is. I mean the car could have 300,000k+ for all we know
I don't look at cars with questionable/salvage titles, but there are people that don't care. Salvage cars should have a least 30 percent discount off the current price. It really depends on the type of car. Would you buy salvaged Kia?
