Default 1/8th npt fit a d16z6 block(oil feed for turbo.)

I cant find a bspt anything in my town and the car is apart. The 1/8th npt does start to tread in but i didnt want to force it. the oil press switch does ft the Brass T but it is a bit loose. (extra teflon tape).

I have heard some have just used npt but i wanted to make sure.

Thanks

Ok before i do this. I just want to make the question clear.

Can i thread a 1/8th NPT(not BSPT) into the back of my d16z6 block to use for a turbo feed

you can but be aware that 1/8th BSP is 28 threads per inch and 1/8 NPT is 27 threads per inch so they dont realy match up correct

Thanks. I did it and just went really easy . its sealed and not overly tight. and so far no leaks.

Thanks
