electronic speedo calibrator
Anyone of use one, something like the speedohealer to calibrate there speedometer? any success? need to get mine calibrated and trying to find other options besides just getting bigger tires, because even then it would still be off by a bit.
6th generation Civic speedometers seem to have been miscalibrated right out of the box. Both of mine (with stock sized wheels and tires) read about 3 mph faster than actual speed, and this seems to be a wide spread problem if you search.
yeah i have seen that a lot are off... Mine is off by about 9% which is a lot. I just wanna know if anyone has found a good way to fix the problem. Im running 195/55/15 tires right now, and when i do a rim upgrade, even 225/50/16 wont be big enough to solve the problem.
