allright, i bought a d15b 96 spec daul vtec from hmo, well steve said to change the vtec sol, to a single one, and put a us y-8 mani, on, so i did, well my car is boosted ran like crap, so its running only on 8 valves,then it pops vtec for 12 valves then 16, no one told me only s-300 can do this, so i cheat and swapp cam and cam caps for y-8 runs like crap, missing at idle and alot of valve noise, so now im like f it, im b seires money deep in this damn sohc, ill just put a complete head, so looking for a sohc vtec head, ready to rock, or a head with good valve train, or something,dnt need allmotor cams, stock or turbo please, thanx for reading my story , bumped if viewed

I have an automatic intake manifold as well..which u may not care to buy.

 

I have a D16Y8 head. It has 60K+ miles on it. I can't remember if it has the VTEC solenoid because I've had it in storage for a while. I can check over the weekend if you're interested. Manifolds aren't included. Everything was working when it was removed from my car. I can have the head either in Monterey Park or Irvine.

what the heck is half way to 909 from l.a.? I dont mind meeting u halfway on it man. I need some cash to get my other motor urnning so 75 bucks...comes with all internals, vtec solenoid...and whatever else usually comes on a head besides the cam gear which i removed to put on my new motor..
