Default 1990 prelude having starting issues

Ok I have a 90 prelude SI is having problems starting just makes some noise then putts like it wants to start i give it some gas a few times and it might start but this can take a while to get to the starting point. I thought it was cause there was grease on the belts but i took belts off and cleaned them and put some conditioner on them. also i changes the spark plugs and fuel filter just incase but it did not help also tried seafoam in gas to clean injectors. also at lights or while idled it stalls if i dont give it gas. Thanks for any help you can help me with. thank you so much

my friends 94 accord used to sputter and stall at stop lights sometimes, she replaced her spark plug wires and that fixed her problem.

how many miles does your car have? Clean your throttle body (clean IACV if that model comes with it). Make sure there is nothing that is clogging you intake. there are three reason why a car doesn't start (or start properly) Air, Fuel, and spark, Check your Distributer and rotor, double check all spark plug wires for cracks or burn marks,(basicly do a full tune up inspection). And if your still having problems it could be trouble with your engine. Do a compression test and a leak down test to see the true condition of your motor internally.

Good luck
