we found a leak at the intake manifold by spraying carb cleaner where flange meets the head. we changed the gasket and its still leaking in the same spots. could the IM have warped? can the head warp back there? also can i reuse a fel pro gasket that was installed yesterday?

 

it could very well be some of the old material left over from the original gasket either on the mani or the head.

 

its possible.... take a metal straight edge to the flange and see if its warped...
