Default NGK AFX Wideband wiring for S300

Hey everyone. I have an NGK AFX wideband (I heard they're a lot better after getting the new oxygen sensor, at least compared to the old one that was used). I also have an S300. I found this thread https://honda-tech.com/forums/engine-management-tuning-124/plx-m300-wideband-wiring-hondata-s300-2316071/ and was wondering if any of it pertained to the NGK. I'm colorblind so I try to stay away from the wiring stuff but simple soldering and such I can do. I also heard about changing it to a 5v source wire by maybe using the stock sensor plug or something. I don't really know. I'm just generally confused and am looking for any/all help you can give. Thanks.
