92 prelude h23a how do I do a throttle plate adjustment?
92 prelude h23a 5 speed. how do I do this? This bouncing idle is annoying me, I've checked iavc, fitv. Looking for vacuum leaks but here is the thing. at idle not pressing the gas or even in gear my speedometer jumps everywhere. From 0 to 60 to 0 to 80 and I'm not going anywhere. I've tried checking the VSS voltage but how do I even pull out the plug from the tranny?
