Mid-pipe for ITR?

Does anyone know any company/one that makes mandrel straight-through mid-pipes for ITR's??? Cost? Would it fit stock ITR muffler? would it fit Mugen muffler?

mid-pipe = b-pipe?
very few companies make a straight through b-pipe with no resonator. unless custom made. i believe no companies, except mugen themselves, make a b-pipe that will fit the mugen axle back.
