I purchased this car in January of '09 with 73,626 miles from a local dealership. The car runs great, doesn't burn any oil, and has no leaks. The exterior is in great shape, only a couple rock chips, nothing serious. The top is in great condition and is treated with RaggTopp protectant, no leaks and no rips. The interior is also in good condition with the normal wear on the drivers side bolster. Here are a list of things I've done to the car:

01/09 - Front bumper painted by dealership to repair rock chips, matches perfectly.
03/09 - Replaced strikers with OEM hardtop strikers
Replaced engine oil w/ Mobil 1 10w30 synthetic and OEM oil filter
Replaced transmission fluid with OEM Honda MTF
Replaced diff fluid with 607 Almasol SAE 90 LE1605
Applied Shin-Etsu grease to seals

04/09 - Added iPod hook up

03/10 - Replaced engine oil w/ Mobil 1 10w30 synthetic and OEM oil filter
