1999 integra ls type r clone shell painted type r phoenix yellow. will trade my integra shell without 5lug and wheels for a eg hatch running or not, ek civic any kind hatch or coupe. i have a obd2 front end that will be included just missing driver fender and needs back bumper and needs to be painted phoniex yellow

No sir, there are a bunch of other arguably more important things (a couple quick ones that come to my mind which are rarely "closned" are significatly stiffer rear subframe and thicker wheel arches). ITR also gets the tie-bar between the control arms, which just can't be bolted up to a non-R w/o modification/replacement.
