Quick Question about windshield trim
Well I've only seen 2 CRX's up close and personal and ones mine which has a redonkulous over hang the A pillar and it looks corny and cheesy. My friends on the other hand has been siliconed by the old owner and was decently done but, I'd really not like to go that route but I would like to see that sexy body! I found this picture just google'in
So I went over to the hondapartsnow website and found this http://www.hondapartsnow.com/online/...ame=Windshield
I'm curious I have a DX and in the diagram it shows "6&7" looking slightly different I dont know which one to purchase. Thanks for the feedback.

there's 2 ways of doing it so there are 2 moldings...
1st (#6) way is to remove the windshield, then put the molding on with windshield out of car, then put the windshield back
2nd (#7) way is to remove old molding and reinstall new one with out removing the windshield
if you want it to look GOOD then use 1st way... if you are not ok with removing the windshield your self then have a profesional do it.
hope this helps

usually the molding goes in first then the windshield is sealed in place...thats an extra 60 bucks says the window doctor. my dx hatch has a cracked windshield
my insurance replaces my cracked windshield for free so i've already done it 3 times and word of advise....don't use that honda recommended ****! use the "universal molding" provided by the glass company, its waay cleaner and doesnt have those akward corner breaks that are pictured above.
