Default fried ecu fixed now nothing??????

I have a 90' crx with a 96' y8, i was driving it to break it in due to a rebuild and my cel was going crazy when i gave it gas then just died and had smoke come from the ecu witch is a 0BD1 p28. I took it to a local guy to put in new resistors or what ever they are called, he put it in a 99' Si and it ran fine. Now i just put it in my car and i have no fuel pump, my main relay is going crazy with clicking, my iac is also going crazy with clicking. I have no idea what it can be i have changed all the fuses that were blown and still nothing. I checked all the grounds and i'm pissed off to the max with this thing, i can't figure out the problem for about the 2nd. time in my life and i have no more friends in this field so i have to result in paying someone to fix my car which i am totally against, please help.

Thanks Nick

You have wires crossed somewhere or maybe a bad ground. Do a visual of all your wiring from the ecu and make sure all grounds are clean and tight. GL

definitely sounds like your wiring or plugs are wrong, the iat sensor and purge evap have the same kind of plugs, if switched around, they will fry the q31 resistor and possibly the ecu and/or your iat sensor. cross reference your wire coloring on the plugs for your sensors.
