i have a 97 accord sedan LX and i bought some JDM headlights but its not direct plug in with the original headlights. So i am rewiring them. The problem i have is that on the highbeams, there is a red and orange wire. I'm not sure which is the positive wire and the negative wire. If anyone can help me out with this, much would be appreciated. Thanks.

 

Red or Orange on a head light pretty much means it will go either way. So either way you hook it up, it will work.

oh you mean the red and orange wires coming from the h4/h1 plugs that came with jdm stanley headlights you bought? might be too late, but they make 9006/9005 to h4/h1 plug harnesses. so it would just be plug n play to your new headlights.
