Seems like you could prob make one of these yourself. esp if your into any type of fab work. Might give you a little project to take up some time. If you decide to get it, let us know if its worth it.

Same here. I got the harbor-freight 1" wide belt sander, set it on a bracket, and made a jig to get the right angles. Even though I'm not doing production work, it makes it very quick. No belt changes, no worry about contamination from what I used previously on that belt. The belts are cheap, but I haven't had to change one yet.
I do find a lighter drill helps, especially those with a repeatable low RPM.

i have used a pin vise for a mini drill along with a bench grinder before and it works pretty well. the vise gives a little more control compared to being chucked in a drill. they are ~$5 @ harbor freight.
thats a waist of money to me. ive used a real nice dedicated grinder setup with a holder diamond wheel protractor vacuum and all the bs . but ive used a hand grinder no problem dont let the tools make the man do work
