Default 90 si....still wont run please help

i put a post up when i first got his car last month, its a 90 crx si with a d15b6. when i got this car it was a wiring mess they tired using the hf harness with this motor and had it all butchered. so i got the si harness and swaped it out, fixed all the wires they cut. now the car has spark, fuel , good compression all the way across, but wont run. is there any sensors on the engine that wont let the motor start? what else can i look at? it keeps throwing a code 15 i put 2 new distributors in it and a new ignition switch. any advice would be greatly appriciated

What happens when you turn the key to start the car.

are you sure that the chassis harness and engine harness are both Si? - you can't use the Si engine harness with a HF chassis harness or a HF engine harness with a Si chassis harness - you will get a code 15 for the igniter (among other problems) with either of these combinations - the reason that you will get a code 15 is that the HF engine and chassis harnesses have the igniter wire in the driver's side firewall connection and the Si engine and chassis harnesses have the igniter wire in the passenger side firewall connection - the driver's side connector also has all but one of the wires in different loctions in the connector for the HF and Si harnesses - the igniter wire is white in color - look at the driver's side round 8 wire connector at the firewall - if the chassis harness has a white wire, it is HF harness - if the engine harness has a white wire, it is HF harness - if all of the wire colors don't match on both sides of the connector, you will need to do some changes
