Default Some 1/8th mile fun...

Went out saturday night to a 1/8th mile track i had never been to. It was out in the sticks!!! lots of fast cars showed up and had over 1000ppl in attendance! We had a few attempted grudge races, but no one wanted to run the camaro because he had a cage and no one wanted to run me because i drove 2 hours and thought my car was a 6.30 car....

Heres a video

1st run. 5.90 camaro vs me (i got he hit and stayed out in front)

2nd run. hot rod civic (550hp/1600lb weight w/driver) vs me (he jumped me and i was at his bumper at the end)

3rd run. 5.90 camaro vs twin turbo mustang

Enjoy!

Matt, it was a "street style" race and then the timing system broke...so no slips no nothing..

He didnt jump the hand drop but he did "tree" him. Kind of sad a street ITR reeled him in.

Lmao....

We ran the race again because clay admitted to jumping.

I only ran clay and tj. No one else would run me that night. Even for $1000.

If you are talking about a silver ek with a kswap then no..hes a good friend of mine and wouldnt compete unless it came down to it in a comp.

From what clay has told me, he said he has been 10.41@14x..... Sooo yea. Anyways my car is gone so i dont really have a say in this battle anymore.

Oh yea, clay bought the car from Jim Helbing in birmingham, al. It hasbeen in hotrod form since 2007 i believe
