Default Is This Too Much To Pay? (Clifford alarm + Install)

I got a quote from my local alarm installer and this is what he quoted me. i need to know if i should shop around, or if this is a fair deal.

Clifford Concept 100 with trunk release and window accuators (arm alarm, windows roll up) and installation:

i was quoted $680. does this seem out of line? let me know

forgot to say, for anyone in the DFW Area, if you know of a place that does good installs with a one-day turnaround (cant have my car out of commission for long) that sells AG4 let me know

depends on the quality of the install.. is that just a basic install? or did you talk to them and ask them to hide the brain, wiring, etc... it all depends on the quality of the install.... if its just their standard install.. thats probably a bit much... or are they going to tear apart 1/2 your car to hide the brain and wiring, and everything...

AG4 is going to cost a lot more w/ a good stealth install...

i asked about the brain, he said they hide it up as far in the dash as possible, and the install takes 6 hours (im sure you can tell if that is long enough for a good install).

i hate to post where i work, but Ultimate electronics, carries clifford, but from experience i wouldn't get a clifford alarm. did you notice that the brain unit is larger then the python?? did you as know that the brain unit for the python is smaller?? i work at the one in lewisville, my name is jonathan. if you want more info come in.

no offense or anything, but from my experience, chain electronic stores suck on installs, theyre all about volume. im either looking at clifford or viper, both are DEI, so it doesnt really matter.

if you're an installer and will hook me up with a badass install, let me know
