good suspension for my eg- less than 700$
I want to purchase some coilovers for my 95 cx hatch. I want something that is less than 700$ but will give me good performance on the windys. I was thinking blackworks coilovers but those get some good reviews and plenty bad ones from what i see on this forum. the more i research the more i am confused on what to buy. However I want to spend no more than around 700 dollars, and i want something that will be a good bang for my buck. I just want some honest opinions from people about the setups they have or any recommendations.
thanks in advance

Most will on here will reccomend koni/gc or PIC.
I think koni/gc is a little bit out of the price range your looking at. unless you can find used ground controls or something.
There is also the PIC Apex.
I have a few things to say about blackworks, but i wont start in this thread. Other than i highly reccomend you look in another direction.

im leaning currently towards yonaka coilovers. I hear good things about them and theyre around 5 bills. I dont need anything thats like top of the line, i just want something that will handle significantly better than stock ( my stock shocks have like 200k on em). The occasional visit to the twisties is really all i need them for. If anyone has experience with yonakas let me know what you think.
koni sports and ground controls are 799 shipped - best option
pic apex should be around $749 - another good option
get one of those two, under 800 shipped, just a touch more than you were thinking for far higher quality

don't buy junk coilovers. you will be sorry, especially if you want a car that handles as opposed to simply being lowered. and handles for any length of time.
idrivesideways had it right.
BTW, the progress group coilovers that are 584.00...what's up with those? taiwanese, obviously, but i'm surprised to see progress offer something so cheap. amazing.

ok progress seems to be good and theyre about 600$. What kinda of a drop would i expect to gain on my 95 cx b18c1 swap? and would the springs be good with the extra weight from the swap?
I have heard great things about progress coilovers, and i think they've been around for a while. No personal experience with them but i have heard many good things.
I think they can get you kinda low to. But dont expect to be slammed and handle good.
