Ok.. so I just picked up my new 91 si that has just a straight b18a1 swap in it and I'm getting a code #15 Ignition Output Signal, the cylinders are filling up with fuel for some reason, and when I shut the key off all of the ignition lights stay on, I can turn my left turn signal on and it buzzes like it has a bad ground or something then I'll hit the wipers and it'll trip it out the lights will shut off and it's back to normal... I'm pretty confused never really had these problems with any of my other ef's lol if anyone has any suggestions let me know meanwhile I'm going to just start digging deeper into it! Thanks!

 

Replace all the under dash wiring or complete car harness.

 

I don't think it's that serious, the people that did the swap weren't smart enough to mess it up that bad lol
