I have a 96 accord lx sedan and the stock rear brakes are drums. I was wondering if anyone has ever converted this to disc using parts from an EX? I saw a front end collision accord in the junk yard the other day and was thinking about yanking the whole rear suspension for parts...

 

that's your best bet. grab the sway bar while you're at it.
