Don't know if you know or not but every CARB EO number is specific to the part and make and often times even the model of the car. Just having a carb plaque won't help you smog if they run the number and it comes up for a header for a 2008 Civic LX and you're using it on a header that's on a 1999 Integra GSR. There should be a full list of CARB EO numbers on the DMV website and probably the Air Resource Board as well. You can google it.
