Default DSS customer service

Well before I call DSS and ask them the same thing I just wanted to get some general feedback about what they might do. I have the 2.5's for my bseries crx and the paint has worn off the shafts after a winter of barely driving in any snow, they are now rusty. Also, the passanger side had/has a small pin hole that slung axle grease all over my underside and bay. And the last problem, when I hit any moderate sized bump or turn hard to the left(putting pressure/force on the passenger side) you can hear and feel a bad binding sound. I was curious if they would warrentee the shafts or at least inspect them to tell me if they are still safe to use? I know they have pretty reputable customer service. thanks for any input

Default Re: DSS customer service

I bought a set of used Stage 0 axles and they recently began slinging all of the grease out of both inner CV boots as well. I can't locate a hole or tear and it appears the grease is getting past the boot clamps.

I emailed DSS and they got right back to me. They said to call in for an RA number and they would repair for a small charge. It would have been warrantied if I was the original purchaser with a receipt.

BUT, my concern is that the same parts are going to eventually fail again, so I'm debating whether I'm going to bother changing axles twice or just buying something else. If anyone out there has ever dealt with a warranty or repair, I'd also like to hear about the finished product.
