Civic EM2 Trunk/Gas key latch

When I put the key in the keyhole by the door it wont turn, its stuck in the open position so I can still fill up gas but I can't use it to pop the trunk

Just wondering if anyone knows a quick fix?

PB Blaster worked for one of my stuck lock cylinders. If that doesn't work, you'll have to pull the cylinder and rebuild it or take it to a locksmith.
