Return to Autobahn Aug 29-30 $199 with Chin Motorsports!
If you enjoyed driving Autobahn at the ITR Expo, here's an opportunity to return without spending a fortune.
I'll be instructing at this HPDE event, and I just found out that they've cut the price drastically to boost attendance. This is with Chin Motorsports, and they give you a ton of track time. $199 for two days on the track is a steal. Plus they're using two different track configurations - the south course on Sunday and the full course on Monday, so you'll get to experience the whole 3.6-mile track.
Here's the announcement:
Chin Motorsports is also looking for instructors for this event, so if you want to save yourself that $199 registration fee, contact them with your qualifications at info@chinmotorsports.com
Disclaimer: I have no affiliation with Chin Motorsports other than as an instructor who has run with them before and knows a lot of the people who participate in their events.

Thanks for the heads up, Ken. I might do this actually. I'm not sure if I'm going to instruct as I'd like to enjoy a weekend without having those responsibilities.

I heard the price was 100 more. 50 to sign up and another 50 for an instructor. 300 is still not a bad price to get rolled on by a 997 GT3 RS.
not at all. just sign up justin u no u want to. i got a couple of my buddies goin and they have no track experience. so ull b able to pass someone b4 that GT3 flies by. also the 199 is for the track then another 50 for the chin motorsport membership and then another 50 for the instructor. comes out to 299 for both days which is still cheaper then Expo.

I'd love to go... Not a big fan of the 14hr drive tho. If this were labor day weekend, I'd definately be going but Monday work is the biggest day of the week for me.
