Default why is the lm2 such a sh*tty product and innovate dosnt do anything?

so,
have the lm2 for two years now.

it is the most crappy device i ever had. slow as a **** and it pauses ALOT when it warms up.

i sent innovate alot of emails about my bad luck with their equipment and they never replyed. even their forum is closed for the last several months. i bet its because pepole write alot of bad stuff on this product and they dont have any professional support overthere anyway, just costumers helping each other.

i hate my lm2 !!!

Good thing I read this. This was on my list of parts that I am about to order. It is now crossed off the list. Thanks for the review
