Iv never seen these before but I really like them and cant find them. Anyone ever seen them or know wear to get them? Im looking for these to fit a 99 accord.

 

The accord on the picture is very similiar to the 98-02 "CG" model, however, this is a different model accord found in europe and asia, you may be lucky to find the complete front end for sale on ebay and such.
Here's a wagon version as reference, look at the slight differences between this and the CG accord.
