A.B.S. axles on non-ABS eg

I need to swap out my passenger side axle in my eg hatch. I have another lying around the garage but it's and ABS axle for a d-series EK. Will it work and have clearance in my non-ABS EG?

Yes it will have pleny of clearance, and the ABS ring should be easy to remove anyway. All of them that I have seen can be pulled off easily.
