500+whp pump gas stock sleeve b16...CCT tuned
Just finished with my piston and rod b16 set-up and I'm finally ready to head on to my next set-up so I decided I'll post up my b16 build. The car started off earlier this year as a beat up *** turbo stock internal b20 and now has evolved into a pretty sick b16 set-up. Hopefully I can sell the bottom end and put the new motor in.

-Omni flat valves
-Blox dual springs and Ti retainers
-OEM valve cover w 2 -10 bungs welded on
-tapped and plugged oil hole
- 68mm Omni Throttle body
- Venom Intake manifold - old school style - anodized blue
- SRP pistons
- eagle rods
- acl bearings
- precision 62/62 (switched from full race turbo t3/67 ho... **** was too big for the b16)
-tial 38mm wastegate
-hks ssq bov
-presicion 750 intercooler
-1000 rc injectors
-full race manifold
-custom down pipe comes out of bumper
-custom dump tube

Not sure what the norm is on tq.... but its still pretty flat curve and def not falling off at all. Overall I was happy with the tune and the power delivery for a street set-up.
Very nice, I plan to push my 6262 on pump also nice build. Are you running boost by gear to put the power down on the street?

20psi... it gets up to 21-22psi sometimes. The car is also running boost by gear, set-up pretty well, still needs more track time and street time to get it really dialed. Stock gsr cams are currently in the car as well, I was thinking about putting a cam in but I might as well wait for the other bottom end first. I'll see if I have some engine bay pics
ya ill put together a real build thread when we start pulling stuff out for the next part... them nigs at CCT know whats good.... and i got that valve cover at home I still need to paint the one on the car now
awesome car dude ive got a b16a jdm in my 89 crx hf body and will be boosting over the winter. Will be looking at your post for much insperation haha
I'm not sure what you mean hold it good.... the car still runs great... I daily it on 2 less psi but that's not a huge difference. I'll post some video clips I'm still doing some tweaking of things hopefully it'll see a 10 sec pass pump gas stock sleeves this week before the motor comes out.
uhh because you are running 500whp on stock sleeves maybe?
I'm now running 15psi on a semi-build b16a i want too go now for 20psi but i'm afraid the sleeves brake fast because i drive the car every day and fast driving...
