Default 1989 CRX SI w/ Jackson Racing supercharger JRSC

Soooooo as much as it pains me to put this up here I'm contemplating selling my crx. Its a 1989 crx SI 3 owner (neighbors elderly mom, 40 some year old neighbor, myself). I bought the car at 198k and commuted it from Lompoc to Santa Barbara from 2005 until earlier this year when my dizzy went out. The car was 110% bone stock all of its life up until a few months back when I put a jrsc on it. The car has > 75 miles on it with the blower and just sits right now as it needs a tune. The car needs some things which i'll list but its a pretty awesome base for someone to start at.

THIS CAR RUNS AND IS VERY DRIVABLE

I realize how much people hate making offers without a base to start from lets start at $3200 OBO.with wheels
$2800 w/o wheels

if it doesnt sell for the above i'm just going to lower it and put the wheels on and raise the price lol. I know how things work around here

I WONT PART IT OUT.... Its not worth it to me.....

Cars i'd like to trade for: prelude, Integra, EF hatch...... mayyyybe a eg hatch. But if you have something let me know

TransportationAlso I realized its going to be a PITHA to drive so i tell you what. I'll use my 300 mile AAA tow if the right deal comes along to get it as close as possible to the owner. That would get it all the way to San Diego or San Fran easy. The car runs well enough to probably make it to those places I just dont think its worth the risk.

Good
Clean title
virgin car up until 75 miles ago
JRSC for a d16y8, 9psi pulley and the low boost pulley will be included
Gude Bullfrog cam (installed), stock cam, and a cam more for nitrous will be included..... heres a vid of the car idling with current mods
High Flow fuel Rail with FPR set all the way to open
RC 440cc injectors
New intake manifold gasket
New distributor is included but isnt on yet, new plugs, wires, cap, rotor.
Newer thermostat
Re upolstered by dank 89 si seats with > 5k miles on them, they are tweed or whatever with original centers
Timing belt replaced within the last 30k miles along with the water pump
Rota Jspl 15 x 6.5 wheels made up to look identical to work rsz-r's. They have Federal tires 2 have some decent lif and 2 are cambered pretty bad.
Stock 14" saw blades with Fuzion HRI tires probably another 10k left in these.
Mugen shift **** (i might keep this for sentimental value)
stock SI exhaust
original floor mats in pretty darn good shape. GF spilled caramel on the right passenger which is what the spots are.
Sunroof works, tracks will need to be greased AND the the switch replaced at some point or contacts cleaned.

bad
Axels are clicking
Cracked / broken climate control. Heater is set to 3/4 hot right now... Windows for when its hot outside lol.
Needs a intake TUBE and filter. I can put on the stock arm and a cheap filter if the buyer wants. I was going to use and HKS filter on this arm
Paint on the roof / hood is pretty oxidized. Doors are OK but the whole car needs a re spray.
Dent on the rear passenger 1/4 panel. This happened when my stupid neighbor hit my car but the title is clean.
Car needs a tune its a big pain the *** to drive right now as its running so rich.

Extra parts: that can be included (most likely will)
13" kumho slicks, they are used but never by me
ported / polished d16a6 head its pretty much complete just needs a single new valve i believe. Its dissembled as I had it hot tanked
Complete OEM gasket set from the head gasket up *from Honda
3 quarts of amsoil 10w30 (ran castroil high mileage for about 90k before switching)
Virgin ECU (original ECU)

I'm sure i'm forgetting something but hey its kind of spur of the moment. My dad got married and i'm trying to buy a house so i'd be better off trading this for something a little more road ready (100 mile daily commute). BUT maybe my dad sells some of his watches and I keep the car we'll see. For now i'm putting it up just for trade. I dont want another crx unless our putting cash on top on your end, would prefer a integra or a prelude if i could. If you feel like you want to make an offer go for it.... but like i said i reeeeally dont want to get rid of this car as its sadly one of my most prized possessions.

These pics make the car look pretty dirty / faded but its not as bad as it shows. I shot into the sun and will get some better ones up if theres interest.

Contact: PM or (805)757-9506... prefer texts if possible. If you need vouches I can get some

VID of it ldling correctly with all the above mods

I paid $900 for it almost a year ago O_O (took me forever to put it on lol) but it was missing parts. With all the parts I needed it turned out to be about $1300. Not including the 8hrs of driving to get it haha.

Kind of strange I always see all the Honda people in town I dislike.... yet I never see the ones I think I would like. Probably because i'm in Santa Barbara 5 days out of the week .
