I'm looking for a set of 16 inch white Regamaster Evo's 4x100 preferably with a +35 offset and with tires. Also looking for a set in good condition

I'm willing to pay up to $1700 usd if wheels come with good tires and good condition..Also willing to drive up to 5 hours to pick up wheels if shipping is not available
